Guitarist of Love

by mossgirl19   May 28, 2006

You came singing with your guitar
a song of sensual love
lovely voice that even the stars
kept listening from above.

Beside the careless sea
the guitar kept on playing
and i'm left so happy
watching you singing.

With truth you looked into my eyes
and said you sang it just for me
and even the sun willing to rise
can't end our scenery.

For the first time my heart beat
and learned what is love
its as if all birds tweet
watching us from above.

The flowers bloomed in the moonlight
the moon suddenly beamed
then sway the dancing firelights
as the waves gleamed.

What I felt was new
the guitar is drowning me
am I in love with you?
its all new mystery.

This is an outstanding poem, truly.I love the title-very unique.I also like how you use a double rhyme in each stanza(except the 2nd stanza-it kinda interupts the flow with singing and playing, yet it doesn't really detract anything from the poem)and the rhyme scheme works so well, not at all cliched as most rhyming pieces tend to be..But it is the emotion that captures one upon reading it-this is a beautiful poem of love.Great poem.
