How Can You...?

How can you see me everyday,
And be so unaware of my pain?
How can you believe me when I say that I'm fine,
When there are so many clues that show I'm going insane?

How can you leave me alone,
In my cold, dark room?
How can you not find all of the blood stains,
Not knowing my intentions of ending with a "boom?"

How can you see me with a sad face,
And not bother to ask what's wrong?
How can you not be worried,
When I haven't changed all along?

How can you ignore all the signs,
That tell you I just want to die?
How can you not hear me,
When I sit in my room all alone and cry?
