The Death of Life

The death of life.
Another angel cries.
Her tears rain for you.
To let you know she cares.
Another beautiful day.
All soon forgotten.
Today the sun rose for you.
Tomorrow it will do the same.
Livin in the dark.
We all box ourselves in.
Afraid of our path.
To alone to try.
The death of life.
Buried within us.
The graves we dig.
All to deep.
Another beautiful day.
Caught between space and time.
It froze just for you.
So you could grow.
Livin in the dark.
Cause the light hurts.
Its blinding.
But not to the closed eye.
The death of life.
Cold hard heart.
It no longer beats.
But you still walk.
Another beautiful day.
Stars are in bloom.
Guiding you home.
Went without notice.
Livin in the dark.
Self consumes us.
Holds us down.
So we cant breathe.
To the death of life.
Cause it was another beautiful day.
But we're livin in the dark.
