Look Back

All those good times
we stared in each others eyes
your hand in mine
and talked, told no lies
walked for miles
just you and me
laugh and joke
your smile I see
the way we kissed
held you close
below the december sun
love an overdose

Its all those things
I'll remember
and smile
that sweet december
when all seemed so normal
with you each day
walks in the snow
I love you, you'd say
I'll look back
in years to come.
and then remember
our love came undone.

    This poem to me, is not really worth being rated a five or a four unfortunately but I thought I'd tell you some suggestions:
    we stared in each others eyes
    [Typical romantic cliche sadly. Everyone stares or gazes into their love's eyes. But what do they see. Sadness? A tint of a different eye color? etc]
    and talked, told no lies
    [Grammar error]
    just you and me
    [Is this supposed to be you and I?]
    the way we kissed
    [Well how did you? Was it sweet kiss, wet, tart, a goofy mess? etc]
    You might want to add details using the five senses and some more emotionl stuff to really give it a feel that stands out.

    I thought it was pretty good. The rhyming and flow was off a bit though. I could tell you put a lot of emotion into this poem though. Overall gt was good!
