One tear

One lonely tear
In a world full of fear
Running down my empty face
I see you through my blurry eyes,
A silhouette of hope
The tears they clear
I shout your name
It seems the only thing to do
And you come
Your hand reaches out to me
You mutter I love you
Then I wake up
