Since the beginning,
I`ve known you so well.
You mean more to me
Than I could ever tell.

And since the beginning,
You`ve had all my trust.
I hope you understand this,
Our friendship is a must.

We`ve gone through the world
Together, step by step.
Now you`re being recognized
So you better accept

Accept that I love you
And that you`re one of a kind
You`re special in so many ways
Ways I can`t define

So I want you to know
That you`re my best friend
You have been since the beginning
And you will be till the end

    This is such a cute poem, it begins and ends really well and the message is just so simple and honest. a great write, it seems so innocent somehow, just straight and to the point with no unneccesary flounciness! i really enjoyed it :)

    I liked the poem, but it seemed some of the lines were a bit forced. Remember, not all poems have to rhyme.
