Written on the Wall of the Unconcious Mind

**Another short write but I like it.

I don't want to remember,
but I must write to forget,
let paper hold these memories,
a method I might regret.

These thoughts won't let go of me,
The poison of my fear,
recurrences of the nightmares,
the won't erase year after year.

So please God let these words,
suck all the venom from my veins,
help my write and move on,
so I can get past my pains.

    I can definetley relate to this, it was sad but also kind of different just like the other one..i really liked this one yes, it is short but sometimes the shorter the better! 5/5

    Hmm, I'm sure a lot of people can relate. I know that's why I write some of my sad poetry. To forget things. Good stuff. Short, Simple but straight to the point.
