Goal

I asked you to help
You smiled and turned around
Sad, I went away
But you took my hand,
Promised to never let it go
Happily I took it,
Together we walked
In trouble, in happiness
In depression, in sadness
All the way you held it,
When I was near my goal
You let my hand go
Told me I could handle it now
But as soon as you let me go
Everything went wrong
I looked back but couldn't see you
Left alone, to go
I reached my goal
But without you...
