WHILST FOLLOWING WHITE RABBITS

by Gary Jurechka   Aug 13, 2006

The blood seeps
from the cracks in the mirror
but the image won't go away,
the reflection is real and unreal,
but does not lie,
it gives what it takes,
all my life reflected in
my eyes and mind and perceptions
and the looking glass,

and somewhere in a lost
Wonderland
a glass hearted boy
lies shattered and dying.
