My One Wish

How many times will i sit here and cry,
wishing i would just lay down and die,
my dad is harsh and says boys are not supposed to cry,
but he does not know, and i do not understand why,
i lost my only love to another guy,
every time we pass i give him a sigh,
he surely does not feel the same way i do,
i will love this girl until my life is through,
if i could make one wish i know it would be,
that he understands what she means to me.

    The poem was really nice, and your right people sometimes leave the one they love for the one they like not realizing they will only leave them for the one they love keep your head up and stay strong love will come again

    To be honest, it's just like what every other guy writes. Except.. this one is more 'blunt'. I can't say it is the best I have read, but it isn't the worst. Try using more flow.
