Friends [Pleiades]

by Jessica   Sep 24, 2006

Following you slowly through each and every life
Filling in small gaps that sadly love could not fill
Fluttering angels eternally dedicated to care for you
Fitting easily into your life, like a key into a lock
Flowers on a baby tree, beauty floating in the air
Flowing rivers of love, elegantly swirling around
Friends here, friends there, friends are everywhere..

A Pleiades is a poem where only one word is allowed in the title, followed by a seven-line stanza. The first word in every line must begin with the same letter as the word in the title

Very poetic. Great intricate details, very tranquil feeling. Terrific write overall. I loved the second line, very true.
