The Birds and the Bees

by Leslie   Oct 3, 2006

"I'm tired," said the bird to the bee,
"Acting as an explanation is a tiering thing."
"I'm old," said the bee to the bird,
"I can't even have children anymore."
And they laughed but their laughter was bitter,
and they cried as their sorrow bittered still.
As they sat in their kingdom of words
it felt more and more like a landfill.
Said the bird to the bee, "Will we be forgotten?
Thrown aside like a two year olds doll."
Said the bee to the bird, "No, we wont be forgotten
corruption will never evolve."

Great job, it was a different style, but it was great. Though I can't really agree with the last line. You may want to check your spelling.
