Haunted By the Holocaust

by Daenerys Stormborn   Oct 17, 2006

I'm unsure of who I am
I have failed God's master plan
In the shadow of the night
I see my future wander from sight
I'm searching for answers I have lost
Buried in rubble from the holocaust

I never meant to bring such pain
All I saw was what I could gain
I made a profit from extermination
Playing God's role in procreation
I have sinned beyond repair
And gained a thousand mile stare

I see not the fortunes I have made
As my hope for forgiveness seems to fade
I sold my soul to the hands of greed
Little did I know I had planted a seed
My sins burden my empty heart
All I have built is falling apart

The ashes of Jews fall down like lead
And I sigh in relief; gun to my head
