A Vampire Night, With a Vampire Bite

by The Crappy Poet   Oct 24, 2006

Awake in the night with darkened eyes
Skin white as snow, and cold as ice
The sun arises, you'll never know where I hide
Secrets forever concealed behind my lies
For in the night, I seek and kill
These moments of my awakened life act as my new thrill
In the night I walk these streets
And listen to the sound of their mortal heart beat
I take each victim down with a bite to the neck
Let them fall slowly to my feet
As they wait for the end, like that I have met
And as I wait for their death they soon will acquire
They listen to the sigh of a satisfied vampire

That was the best part, of this rather astounding poem. You really captured the meaning, and I enjoyed reading.
