    I think i understand the meaning behind it. Well, even if i got it wrong, i still think the poem is great. I sometimes get lost in the words and have to re-read it to understand it, but that's just me =P Another excellent write, i think you did a great job of writing this. A deeper meaning expressed through a story of a flower. I'm sorry if i got all that wrong, but i still think its great. =] Keep it up hun. 5/5

    I liked the rhyming scheme, it was different. As for the deeper meaning, what I got from it was;

    A flower slowly dying, as it's petals are dropping off. It was left in darkness, so, without sunlight it will die.

    Now the deeper meaning is.. hope. When a person has lost all hope, it seems like they are fading away, like they want to die. Slowly, they begin to fall apart, like the petals of a flower. Well, that is what I got from the poem. Let me know if I'm right or wrong.

    Great poem sis!

    I think Darien has a good explaination for the possible deeper meaning but I wa smore caught in the image of a fading flower loses it's grip, stem, or it's support for life. Your vocab was pretty darn decent and the rhyming carried a soft beat to it that it felt easy to read without stumbling.

    Well a guy i knew recently killed himself and this poem really reminded me of the lost feelings of no hope that compel people to go there, i think it's well written and very provocative!

    I loved it, the meaning that i got is that its a metaphor for a person who is tired, someone who tries so hard but is reaching the end of their strengths
