All is Lost

by ForeverGoneInYourEyes   Nov 14, 2006

I sit here lost in my mind
Trying not to think like your mine
I'm trying to lose myself in all this booze
Hoping that my mind will not lose

Lose what you ask
My hopes and dreams for you
I do not need to succeed
As long as you do not lead

Lead yourself into that dark place
Cause you bring light with your face
I only wish to see you smile
It doesn't matter if I cant see it for a while

As long as I know your fine
I can finnally draw that line
That line that connects are hearts together
But it will be delicate like a feather

So please tread softly on my dream
Cause all I want is for you to gleam
When all is lost inside my head
I look forward to see you ahead

This is a very beautiful piece.
So please tred softly on my dream
Cause all I want is for you to gleam
When all is lost inside my head
I look forward to see you ahead.

I really loved this last stanza. Very well done.
