Daddy's Little Girl

by BlAcK TaNgLeD HeArT   Nov 16, 2006

She was daddy's little girl,
When she sat upon his knee,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she was as happy as can be.

She was daddy's little girl,
When everything started to go wrong,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she tried to act strong.

She was daddy's little girl,
When she cried herself to sleep,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she had fallen in to deep.

She was daddy's little girl,
When she couldn't take it anymore,
She was daddy's little girl,
As she plummeted to the floor.

She was daddy's little girl,
When she screamed in her pillow at night,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she tried to hold on tight.

She was daddy's little girl,
The night she fell apart,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she felt the brake in her heart.

She was daddy's little girl,
When she decided to end it all,
She was daddy's little girl,
When she fell her very last fall.

She was daddy's little girl,
When she spoke with that one last breath,
She was daddy's little girl,
The one that he loved to death.

He was so proud of her,
When she spoke the words so true,
From the bottom of her heart she said,
'Daddy I love you...'

You have written this wonderfully. It is true that daughters are daddy's little girls. We love them unconditionally no matter what they say or do. May your heart be filled with peace and joy.
