I LOVE IT!

Thanks to both of you.This is a seemingly simple poem, but it has such a deeper meaning (at least to me), I wasn't sure if many would understand it.Though I'll think less of it later I'm sure, right now I think it is one of my better pieces, both in image, metaphor and meaning.

Your poems are always filled with such meaning, hidden to many! Yet the passage "My memories are too young to feel this old" has got to be one of your best lines.

I felt like I could relate to the whole feeling of this poem,sometimes I feel like my age on the inside is moving slower than on the outside, if you know what I mean.

What an amazing use of a metaphor! It gives such a deep meaning. And I mean, using a t-shirt as their metaphor, not many people could do what you did with this poem!

I love the bittersweet aftertaste of this poem. Great writing, you have some powerful ideas wrapped up in a simple message :)
