Plight to our Goddess

by Elynnka   Nov 26, 2006

Lo my fair Goddess beyond thy castle in the skies
And behold thy mortals as their hope slowly dies.
I ask thee to bestow our earth with thy blissful sight
And wander not, our queen, lonesome in the night.

We crave to see the day when thee shall return to us
As our humble selves are dying without thy presence thus
A single raindrop, if it were to fall, we'd know
That it has not come yet, the wretched time to go.

Our harvests growing cold amid the blackness of the night,
So to thee, our beloved, we send this desperate plight;
Where art thou in these times of dreadful desperation?
Why has thee abandoned us, severing us from thy protection?

Lo my fair Goddess beyond thy beautiful crystal mask,
And tell us what we must do, tell us our fateful task,
And if we shall dare fail to serve your desires right
We shall accept thy penance and rejection of our plight.
