I hate...

I hate what you do to me, I hate how you make me feel this way
I hate how I get this feeling of wanting you more and more each day

I hate how I can't ignore you, I hate how I can't pretend that you're not there
I hate how you make my heart skip a beat whenever I catch your stare

I hate how you call me everyday just to see if I'm alright
I hate how you call me early in the morning to see if I'm up
and late in the evening just to say goodnight

But I hate how we are just friends,
when I know what we have is something more
But I would hate if my heart got broken again as it did once before

So if I gave you my heart would you hurt me or would you stay true?
For what I hate is what I love and who I love is you.
