Ribbons And Pearls (Misleading Title)

by ForeverYoung   Dec 12, 2006

Remember the innocence of yesterday
Wish you could go back in time?
Laughing and playing , skipping around
When your life was going just fine

Blonde hair falling around your face
All tied up with a pretty pink bow
Radiant smile you never needed to fake
And blue eyes that could almost glow

Flowing dresses swirling around your legs
Pretty necklaces and a fake diamond ring
Remembering the rides on the carousel
And all the happiness it used to bring

But now under longsleves and jumpers
You always seem to hide your arm
Hoping that no-one will notice
That its so you can hide your self-harm

Looking back at the fun and happiness
Remember you used to be that cute little girl
But you've chosen to swap it all for razor blades
There's no more ribbons or pearls.

Hya, i would luv for u guys to vote and comment on this, i will return the favor as always!
Peace x Steph
