The story behind the poem is great and original. I never thought about Christmas in this way before, thank you for opening my mind.
The poem itself is simple, but ( as I said before) great. Like the four sentences in each stanza. 5/5

Beautiful poem. the emotions were amazing and displayed wonderfully. the theme was also very sad,but great. i loved how you wrote this poem. i looked at the title and thought oh joy. another stupid Christmas poem. but yours was truly different. it was very relatable for me as well. i lost my grandmother on Dec 1st so every christmas is hard. and this is the first xmas with out my great grandmother as well.
