Bad news

Something has happened
to the one that I love
It isn't good news
that was sent from above.

She is in pain
and that I can tell
A boy she once loved
just put her though hell.

He took her to bed
and made her his own
Making her believe
she shouldn't be alone.

When he was done
having his way
All she could think of
was why did I stay.

She laid there crying
not knowing what to say
to the girl that she loves
hoping everything will be OK.

Later that night
she gave the girl a call
Saying what happened
and it was "all my fault".

The girl didn't care
if what happened was true
All that would matter
is that she loved her through and through
