I felt the pain in this poem, perhaps cos I can relate. I've been feeling like this for quite some time now, and I wrote a poem about it too!
Anyway, back to your poem. I thought it was well-written! Great job! Though some thing I'd like to point out:

The flow needs a little improvement but not much.The rhymes also need a little work[but maybe they were intentional?] idk lol My favorite lines are

im so lost and confused, i dont know what to do.

the more we talk the more i fall in love with you,

Flow is very good in those!
