All I need is you

by we_all_live_to_die   Dec 29, 2006

First off I would just like to state that in this poem "You" is not represented by anyone specific.. actually it's a wish for this person that is what inspired me to write this poem please.. I know it's not great but try to enjoy.

Torn into two faces,
One side you'll never see,
I can't stand to look at,
The face in the mirror looking back at me.

Nothing is right,
I need you here,
I just need to know it's all ok,
I just need to hold you dear.

Where are you now?
Where are you hiding?
All of my time,
Is simply subsiding.

Don't know how long,
I can stay,
I'm waiting for you,
My life wasting away.

I don't wish to be this way,
I no longer want to die,
I just want you here,
Only you and I.
