Counting 4 Elnaz

by Avrii Monrielle   Dec 30, 2006

One's for the boy that broke your heart
When you gave him your love, he tore you apart

Two's for the girl with the pretty face
Who thinks she ain't best, but she's winning the race

Three's for the special things that you do
That make you different from those around you

Four's for the daises that fell on the ground
You'll leave them there 'till yourself is found

Five's for the birds partying in the sky
When their nests are ransacked, they still know how to fly

Six is for an innocent's light
That just needs wings in order to fly

And last, there's the seven
Minutes in heaven
When what's lost is found
And the birds leave the ground
