It's Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door

by InvisibleGurl   Feb 20, 2007

I admit.
I'm never F-ing good enough.
"Not Quite". You say.
And I finally believe you.

This shattered mirror
The scars on your soul
And the broken ending
Of what was alive

I walked out that door.
As Dangerous as it was.
I never looked back.
I finally grew cold that day.

That chilled feeling.
The one that never dissappears.
Your eyes bleed,
Watching my retreating back.

I reminise sometimes.
I wonder if you got what you deserved.
Your sharp tongue struck my heart.
I hope you got the same treatment.
