A child's dream lullaby

by Your Best Mistake Your Perfect Failure   Mar 19, 2007

Sick transgression
a twisted obsessions
with self inflicted
twisted winding wounds
try to live one day in my shoes

no control,
nor love or emotion
nothing but constant commotion

I stand before you, with my imperfections
erring
RIGHT HERE, I shall fall on my knees before you
and show you I am nothing.

Crying my tears of vexatious sorrow
wishing that there could be no tomorrow,
the world would not be that fortuitous
not even showing their gratitude with their presence at my funeral.

Websters dictionary defines mistake: a misunderstanding or misconception.

Misconception, a f u c k up.
Me.

I soon shall show you:
what you want to see,
this miscreation at his worst,

The one chewing on his pride,
only because of his lusus naturae
a professional in his work, a tenure
full of pain, and distraught relationships
