This Last Rhyme

Dark and doomed
Is how I live
Something in this life
Has got to give

No matter how happy
I try to be
I'm never there
Can't you see??

The more I try
The more I fail
From this life
I want to bail

Get out now
While there's still time
Leave without
This last rhyme

Because I will never
Write again
All of this
It seems a sin

I'll end this now
You'll never hear from me
And happy again
The world will be
