I loved you but u didn't love me,
what was the problem?
why did i have to be ugly.

All my friends know how i feel about you,
But your the one i wish could understand.
I wanted our love to be true.

Why cant you see past the way i look?
cant you feel the love from my heart?
I feel like my love is hanging on a hook.

I know you have a girl and i want you to be happy.
you have a love thats true and i wont break that up.
but you know i would stay true and life i would help you through.

Too bad you couldn't see how we stayed friends,
through all the rough times i been here for you.
The road of my love for you always bends.

I know you don't love me but i still love to this day.
Just remember this one thing,
When people come and go, by your side i will stay

    I like the story that you're telling here.. for some reason it made me look beyond the words and imagine for myself how it would be.. the meaning flows through for me.. just one point.. i found some parts forceful on the rhyme... otherwise it was a good write.. keep it up

    Another great poem...and all you need is some self confidence....im dating a guy who thinks im beautiful but i think that im ugly..and he told me all i need is self confidence and everything will be okay... just be strong and dont bring yourself down and even if he's not in your life you will be okay.
