Evolution theory versus gay people

by Lucy Loves Not   Apr 21, 2007

Here i am

displeased with the fruition

that seems to entangle me

within the essence of distance.

wonting premonitions

beg for something more than

intuition-

you allure my absent

company with plaguing

wishes.

and here i am,

settling for the first time:

giving into the frustrations

of desiring the unknown,

the unreachable.

my body aches

at the thought

of mere presence,

to see your eyes

the next time you smile.

but here i am,

accepting the weight of

invisible friendship,

knowing we can only grow

nearer.
