Why did it have to happen to us?

There was so much drama that night
I was at a friends house but I wanted to go home
because I couldn't handle it and neither could she.
We were going to go back to my house but then she went and locked herself in the bathroom
Everyone was having a good time, laughing but no one seemed to notice she was gone except me.
I went to make sure she was ok, she had locked the door for about 30 minutes.
I couldn't handel any of it, so I went outside for air, one of the other girls came out and said that she wanted to talk to me.
So of course I went in right away, we sat on the bathroom floor for about 30 minutes. She talked, I listened. She said she didn't want to be here anymore and right away I thought, why is this happening?
why today? what the hell did we do to deserve any of this?
So after that we walked outside for air and we sat out there for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 2:30 in the morning. We sat there and cried together and laughed together. I'm never going to forget that night because she opened up and told me things, she has never told anyone else before. And I did the same.
I promised I was always by her side and that I would never leave her alone to feel that feeling of wanting to die. Our lives our similar and I'm so glad that I have her by my side to get through all of this

**Chelsey, I don't know why everything happened to us. and I'm not sure why people think their lives are worse cause there is no way that could happen. Sometimes I do wish i ended my life but then again, I'm glad i didn't because I would never have met such an amazing friend like you**
