I run, and he's still there

by Shelby   May 30, 2007

I run and he's still there
he reaches out its not fair

I'm a helpless little girl
that don't mean a thing to this world

I fight back and get really wary
cause he's so big and scary

he hits me again and again
till I can't see and he bends

me into positions and i cry
why can't i die

nothing and no one can help me
they just sit there and laugh and let it be

I reach out for something
and u strike me down for nothing

I alone and scared
I only dared

To run and hide
but he'd find me and deny

only what he does to his poor little girl
thats suppose to mean the world

its not fair its not fair
cause I run, and he's still there
