A Hidden Meaning.

There is an emotion, trapped deep inside.
Yearning to be released,
Tired of being pushed, always forced to hide.

Words can't express the feelings deep within.
I'm afraid they never will.
So happiness I will never win.

It's not heart break, sadness or anger.
There is not yet a word to describe.
You will never figure it out, don't even try.

I will write,
Write my complete heart and soul.
Yet something is missing, I am not yet whole.

This emotion is visible in my eyes.
But no one will look deep enough.
They choose to not look past the lines.

Maybe if someone listened,
They would find a hidden meaning.
A meaning to the things left unheard.
