I Hate Everything About You

by Romancing the Darker Side   Aug 9, 2007

Three more bottles 'til the boys go down,
Watch us turn your mouth into a frown.
You drink away the lacy pain,
It's hidden in your eyes, so vain.

Dare to fly, but not willingly.
My hatred boils, fulfillingly.
Don't you fear that this might be true?
I hate everything about you.

The way you breathe, when you're so dense.
Watch me build up this picket fence.
We'll close the door and pray it works,
We'll keep you out, you hateful jerk.

Dare to fly, but not willingly.
My hated boils, fulfillingly.
Don't you fear that this might be true?
I hate everything about you.

Another knock on the wooden door:
We're running on empty at close to four.
The friendly demons inside my head,
Kept me so safe in an empty bed.

Dare to fly, but not willingly.
My hated boils, fulfillingly.
Don't you know that this is true?
I hate everything about you.

  • This is really a great poem. Good feeling. I don't suppose you write songs do you? Because I got the general feeling from this that it could be a song... either way... it is BRILLIANT! It had raw emotion that I really liked! Excellent, keep it up!
