Sky Of Love.

by GretaInsideOut   Aug 9, 2007

Walking through the open skies,
I see you, pass, and say goodbye.
Wondrous imagination of your heart,
I never see myself playing a part.

Drifting further towards the clouds,
I touch your face, and realize,
Just how much you collapse my days,
In an ignorant bliss, my happy faze.

Minds attract a simple chorus,
Retracing all that's slipped between us.
Collective hearts, song to a tune,
"I love you now, as I see the moon."

Surrounding blue turns to dark,
Competing for an endless spark,
Softly landing in your arms,
Hearing your coos, gently calms.

Forsaken thoughts in a broken time,
The clouds will rest, love will sign.
Complicated emotions like fading sun,
Will block my vision, but I will run.

I'll love you in this time forever,
Misty skies, won't hold together,
A love lost inside only hearts,
One that only stops and starts.

Falling back among the clouds up high,
I see you, wait and will whisper,
Love's own melody, a tune to a soul.
Don't stop falling, unless you're mine to hold.
