My cousin and my bestest friend

We grew up together,
so we know each other well
I know i can trust you
when I've got something to tell

You've always been there for me
when i am sad
You've always helped me,
through the good times
and most importantly, the bad

We've spent a lot of time together
just laughing and joking all the time
When you came in the room and smiled
it's like you bring in sunshine

I miss our trips to the mall
although we didn't buy anything at all
I miss the times when i
could just pick up the phone and call
To ask you to pick me up
so i don't have to be bored the whole day
But now i can't,
it's like all that is starting to fade away

Now I'm in this place,
like I'm being tortured
I have so many questions
that still remains unanswered

My heart is broken into millions of pieces
which will probably never heal
There's so many problems
and feelings that i still conceal

Sometimes i just walk around
with a fake smile on my face
I just want to pack my bags
and get out of this place

But i know it's kinda impossible
coz i don't have money
So there's no way that i
can get out of this country

when i need a shoulder to cry on
You have the power to take my pain away
just a hug from you and everything is gone
