The Real You

Today I saw the real you
you turned on the light
said mean things
and just shouted at me

I only did one small thing
then I saw you

I'm not like you
and never will be.
This one thing I did
changed the way i look at you
not in a good way
but in a bad way

I thought we were alike
that we shared brains or something
but now i know
that isn't true

We are different
and always will be
I just hope that we still can be friends
because I admire you.
