Life is full of surprises
Life is all about living in the moment
Life can have some ups and downs
Things you want can never be

They say "Go after your dream,
Do what your heart tells you"
But what if you try your best
But somehow theres always something in the way?

What if you've given it your all
But somehow it'll never be?
Some give up
And some keep fighting
But in the end...
Are you really satisfied?

    I love ur poem. i rly love the poems that ask questions but for some reason i cant write em. so i read em and i love urs. ive read 2 of ur poems so far and i am amazed by both of them.

    Hmmm. it depends on what you hadda do to get to the goal. somethings are impossible. somethings become pointless in the end because in order to reach the goal you have to become immoral.

    An interesting poem, simple yet it reveals the other side of life which is sometimes true (the struggles that sometimes doesn't work out so well).. i like the second stanza coz it holds so many emotions and situations. very well expressed! keep up the good work!!
