His Inbetween

Is your love for me true?
or am I your in between
Will we ever be together
as your love remains unseen

We link fingers in class
And you love to hold my hand
All i want is your love
Please baby, just understand

As soon as we're around his friends
He pretends he doesn't care
I know he really misses me
But his actions, I cannot bare

Once he finds someone new
He throws me out the door
My heart left torn apart
As i sit crying on the floor

But then they break up
And he comes running back to me
I know the right thing to do
Is to run away or flee

My heart is torn apart
As once again he leaves
I cant stand this anymore
So i roll up my sleeves

As i slice the knife across
The adrenalin is great
This funny feeling has taken away
All my feelings of anger and hate

I Suddenly hit a vein
And the blood begins to run
I sit here in my room
Wondering what Ive done

I'm feeling really faint
All dizzy in the head
And all of a sudden
I drop to the floor, dead

    I didn't like the ending. For me I thought you could have done a lot more with the end of that poem. I thought it was good and yearning and then I feel like you gave up. Which makes me sad. The poem was really good though and easy to relate to. Flow was good. 4/5

    Ouch the ending was so unexpected and I am still in shock. I truly thought this would have a happy ending but BAM you hit me with a shocker. I loved the beginning more then the end only because it help more emotion and the imagery was flawless. Overall, well done *5/5*

    This was really touching. I couldn't stop reading it. It's sad that people really do that over a guy. That was a beautiful poem.
