COACH

You were everything to me,
This day you hit me with your fist,
That was day I was so hurt,
The day you threw me to the wall,
The day you said to be strong,
What a mark that I had on my back,
My gosh it hurt,
What have I done for you to hate me?
The day I ran 5 miles just to cry,
This was the day you said be strong,
This was the day my anger got bigger,
That was the day you taught me to fight,
Remember the look into your eyes,
You told me to grow up,
I then did fifty push ups,
Then I did fifty crunches,
You told me it was for my own good,
Coach you were the world to me,
I never told anyone,
Coach please understand,
Coach I was the youngest on the team,
That was the day you taught me rage,
Coach I have to say you really hurt me,
Three years later,
Remember that day look on my teammate face,
Day when you got suspend,
The pain you caused her,
This was a day the team was in division,
That was the day I did not take a side,
Well I was in the middle,
You said for me to grow up,
You said for me not to be weak,
You said to be strong,
Coach I did that for you,
To this day I know the truth,
Truth is I dont care,
Remember I did not take sides,
Coach why did you hate me?
Well it really did not matter,
Coach after that everyone hated me.
Today I forgive you.
