Am I still alive

BOOM!!!!
Your life flashes before you
All you see are bright lights floating around your head
You hear ringing in your ears
Then your body is overwhelmed with pain
Where you almost can't breath
You look around for help
And you reach out your hand
No one is there to grab it
Your crying out for help
But no one hears you
Am i still alive
You think to yourself
I feel my heart beating
But my life feels like it ended
Where am i
As your doors opens
Your body falls out and hits the ground
You see the sky above your head
As someone is standing over you
Reaching out to help you
You feel their grasp
You hear the sounds of someone saying your safe now
As your laying on the ground in pain
Your spirit is lifted up because you know that your
Fellow brother is there to save you

    There are a lot of spelling mistakes that kinda make this poem not as affective as it should be. It has a really good sense and story to it, and I would love to see it expressed more powerfuller.....I think that at the end how you linked it to someone saving you, it was ur fellow brother?.....are you meaning God?....
    cause if so, it's not clear enough, and you should say it more, if you are linking it to that idea, al though personally, I think it would be really cool ifyou were to be reachedout to and that person saying your safe, but then you realize that person is odd and it's atcually the fact that you've fallen into the wrong hands, now that would be truely awsum!

    good work though, I like your idea
