For far too long

Now that we've broken up
I just wanted to be friends

I can't imagine how this tragedy is going to end

I fell in love
You broke us up
Now there dies two white doves
As I sip from a champagne cup

As we started to walk
You couldn't even pretend
That you didn't want to talk
Your heart couldn't bare to hold it in

You wanted me
And I wanted you
I wanted to be happy
But now what do you want to do?

That was the past
And we have no future
I don't know how long this will last
But I know we're going to suffer

My last wish until the end
Is to live and remain as friends
