You're just like an angel
Always doing the right thing
Baby please don't ever let me go
Hold me tight under your wing
Ever since I met you
I couldn't believe that I finally found
The most beautiful angel walking upon earths ground
I remember when I use to pray every night to god
To send me one of his best angels from above
To just come down and find me
And hand me her love
It took a while but finally
My dreams came true
I can't believe that it actually happen
I'm so glad he sent me you
Because you touched a place inside my heart
That nobody has ever touched before
I planned to keep my feelings locked in forever
But you blocked the entrance to my door
You got me so wrapped up
So into you
Ever since I let you in
I've seen what a real angel can do
Say what you want
But you'll always be an angel to me
Because the first time I saw you
That was all I got to see.

    Ah wow, that was just absolutely beautiful. I usually kind of shy away from slang poems, to be honest with you that was actually the first one I've read on this site :0 anyway you made such a good impression.

    you really have so much talent, i would just melt if a guy wrote a poem like that for me. that really was a gorgeous thing to write. it was just perfect, i really hate that 5 is all i can give you because you deserve so so much more!!
