Sometimes I'm up, Sometimes I'm down.
Whenever I'm with you I wear a frown.
I become distant from everyone around,
this is because I feel as though I've drowned.
Drowned in a world un-known.
Dark and all alone.
Help me escape from this hell
because I'm spiraling down.

    Hey Jay this is a pretty good poem but i think you could have used some different vocab in places to make it a little stronger for example

    Drowned in a world un-known, Could have been

    Drowned in a catastrophic world un-known. That type of thing.

    Good meaning though i liked it =)
