Dear mama [Contest]

For all the times you stood by me,
When all I did was wrong.
You helped me through bad times,
When I was weak you made me strong.

You made me see the goodness,
Inside each and every one.
You are my guiding star,
Which I always depended on.

You've been there for me,
Through the good times and the bad.
You helped me feel happy,
Whenever I was sad.

You're the one I turn to,
When anythings amiss.
You turn a blind eye to it,
Cos ignorance is bliss.

If I ever need anything,
All I do is ask.
If u can solve my problem,
It never seems a task.

You've been my inspiration,
All the way through my life.
You even helped me with the choice,
Of who should be my wife.

Now its time to return the favor,
And always be there for you.
Cos it's time for me to prove,
That I love you too.

    Did I really expect anything else other than a really good piece from you?
    Tupac titles and you being let loose on them... No contest!

    Now I know this might seem rather nasty but I can't really place you in any of the positions for the contest - you being a best friend irl and me already r/r/c'ing everything you do; would be pointless to give you a position.
    This poem however is a very strong contender and would almost definitely have placed in the rankings somewhere.

    Great sentiment expressed in this poem, the only thing I can pick fault in is the lack of imagery. The thoughts expressed could have been better represented; but as you know I'm a fussy ****.

    This is yet another good piece of poetry bro.
