Take my hand (Parquette)

by Elapsed   Nov 7, 2007

Take my hand
And let's walk this road together
Our friendship holds no boundaries
In my heart I'll forever hold you here

Take my hand
For hope holds you dear
Rest in these arms
Embracing the unknown

Take my hand
We'll run free into the chilled night air
dancing in the forest of tranquility
While the rest of the world slumbers

Take my hand
hold it tight
Memories of pain trickling away
in a desire for something better

A tribute to my beloved friend Ingrid :)

I still love this poem so much, Sammy.... I wish I could just grab your hand and run away from it all :(
