I never really got the chance to meet you
I never got the chance to really hear your voice
You were taken from me at such a small age
Without you with me in this life, I never got the choice

I think about you all the time
I miss you, so, so much
I think of what you would have been like
I think of your soft warm touch

I often wonder what my life would have been like
If I was able to spend it with you
To come see you everyday
I just badly wish I knew

I wonder are you proud of me
And the girl Ive became?
Are you proud of the girl you see
Or have I brought you to shame?

I wish I knew what you were thinking
And what was going on through your mind
Were you happy with the life you lived?
Are you happy with what you left behind

We all dearly miss you Poppy
Each and everyday
Although id have to say that its me most of all
Im just glad ill get to see you again one day :-D
