A Soul But You.

by Teria   Dec 13, 2007

And, time will heal when time goes on.
As tears roll down from my softly lit face -

I dream the dream of complete emptiness,
and hold the hand of my future debt.

I ride the waves roughly into the shore,
and watch the sun set from up above.

I feel the sand that lies beneath my back
and dream the dream of complete emptiness.

And, i set aside all of which that once was,
to look into what will one day be my someday.

Yet, with happines adrift and dreams come true;
A day with no burdens nor thoughts of you.

I'll set aside all of my anger that I hold within -
and repent all of my body from complete sin.

I'll watch my life walk so far behind me
that no eyes can see the path's I've crossed.

With you in mind I shall hold my breathe,
tighten my stomach muscles and walk on through.

For, darling it's been so long since
I've loved a soul - a soul but you.
