Woow i so can realate to this i know how you feel and just to let you know even if you do somthing wrong its not your falt how angry they get they have to controll that so dont blame any thing on you at all i did that for a long time and i tore my self down because my step dad always used to hit me and say stuff like whats in your poem but you dont have to belive that bull what they say.
